Hi Jacques, I have emailed you a reply with a couple of questions.
Ryan vd Merwe –
Hi, just checking if book covers nutec structures etc
Janek –
Hi Ryan, Owner Building covers all the aspects of building including timber frame but not in fine detail. Nutec has an Agrement certificate from the SABS and so is quite legal to use. Regards, Janek
Peter –
Hi, how up to date is this book.
Janek –
The basics are up-to-date but with all the energy-saving issues that have been fast forwarded there are areas that aren’t. At the same time, the book doesn’t have intense detail. Rather, we help you to move in the right direction to find out what you need to know. There’s nothing else on the shelves that will give you this kind of guidance. Also, different municipalities have their own requirements, so there will always be research required from your side.
